Although Ribitus.com is not primarily a review type blog, I do on rare occasions add affiliate links in some blog posts.  The FTC requires that any reviewer disclose any monetary connections between themselves and the owners of any products for which they are reviewing.

If, for example, a product owner sends me an e-book, software, etc, and I review it here, then according to the FTC I am being paid for that review.

If I were ever to receive compensation for recommending a product or service, said compensation would be generated by an affiliate link which may be included in such reviews.

If a visitor clicks on the included affiliate link and then proceeds to make a purchase of said product or service, then I may be paid a referral fee by the product owner for the referral of the sale.

Any variation from the above will be noted in the individual review itself.
