As I've said in previous posts, the greatest thing about having your own product is that you spend some time in the beginning creating the product. After that, you can make money on it forever. As long as there is interest in the area that your product covers, you can generate an income from it. You have to provide value to your customers as well, of course.
It's been a few days since I've posted here because I have been locked away from civilization as I have been perfecting the AmazingCloaker 4. I am truly excited about the new features in this product. I decided to rebuild the AmazingCloaker from the ground up. This took a lot of time but it had to be done in order to add these features which are touched upon in the previous post. I've been working over two weeks on this software.
If you're looking for a first product to create, I wouldn't recommend software unless you're really good at it! You can create an information product video using Camtasia (or camstudio open source software) in just a few hours. Video products have a high perceived value. For your first product, this is a great way to go! It's a great way to go for your 100th product as well, for that matter. Ebooks are also worthwhile if you don't mind spending the extra time to create them.
Whether it's a video course, audio, or eBook, getting that first product out the door is a must. There's no two ways around it. If you want to make money, you need to sell something. That something can be your product, service, traffic, an affiliate product, whatever. That's how you get in and play the game. Why not make it your own product? It's easier than you think.
